We base our shipping charges on the value of your order. To make sure you receive the fewest shipments possible, we'll do our best to ship everything to you at once. If we need to send you more than one shipment, we'll only charge you once for the charges that apply to the total value of your order. Overnight and 2-Day deliveries require a signature. For all other methods of delivery, we recommend that someone's available to receive the package.
Customized products are shipped using a ground delivery service finding the shortest time between we have already finished your order until you can receive the products.
Manufacturing time for customized products varies depending on the style, but normally we need 4 to 5 weeks to manufacture your customized order. You must pay in advance to get your confirmation order and delivery time. Shipping time for customized products is approximate and specific to the amount of time your product spends in transit once it leaves the RIVERLINE Ergonomic manufacturing facility. Deliveries will be attempted Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
At our warehouse, tracking numbers are assigned to packages when they are shipped and generally appear on our website along with your order information. Orders placed on ergonomicboots.com may be delivered by several different shipping methods. Therefore, tracking availability may vary depending on the shipping method you selected during checkout, and the carrier that is delivering your item(s).
Ground, 2nd-Day and Next Day deliveries are shipped via UPS and can be tracked. The tracking information is accessible from Your Order History on our website, when it becomes available.
Orders delivered to P.O. boxes are delivered via UPS and can not currently be tracked. In these instances, Your Order History on ergonoimicboots.com will not offer tracking information, but will still offer order status and other details. Depending on the shipping method you selected, your order should be shipped within 2-3 business days after order verification and credit approval.

We do everything we can to fulfill your order expectations. From time to time, something that was ordered may not be available for some external reasons. If that happens to your order, we'll let you know by sending you an e-mail. The unavailable item will be removed from your order and you will not be charged for it.
Custom product orders are shipped via Ground Delivery with no extra cost.

International, Alaska and Hawaii: We are sorry but right now, other than the U.S. Territories we cannot ship to any other destination outside of the United States, Alaska or Hawaii.
Shipping Method: Pending order verification and credit approval (which may take 2-3 business days), orders placed prior to 12 p.m. CENTRAL TIME (Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays, within the United States) and shipping to the address listed with your credit card company as your official billing address will arrive as specified above. Next day Delivery and 2-Day deliveries require a signature.
Ground, within 3-7 days: Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Standard Ground service. You can expect your order to arrive within 3-7 full days. Delivery days are Tuesday-Saturday, excluding federal holidays, within the United States.
2-Day: Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via 2-Day service. You can expect your order to arrive within 2 full business days when placed by 12:00 p.m. CENTRAL TIME Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays, within the United States.
Next Day: Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Overnight service. You can expect your order to arrive within 1 full business day when placed by 12:00 p.m. CENTRAL TIME Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays, within the United States.
PO Boxes: Deliveries to PO boxes will also be shipped via UPS. There is no tracking service and expedited shipping is not available for these shipments.
